We were freelancers and in-house leads who kept ending up in the same rooms, solving the same problems the same way, carefully, stubbornly, and a little too late in the process to matter.
So we built a house where strategy, design, and engineering sit at the same table from day one. No handoffs, no telephone game between departments: just people who care making things that work.
